Located on Harcourt Street, 1900Bistro brings together the warmth of Irish hospitality and the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean, with a strong focus on fresh, locally sourced Irish ingredients and food made in-house.
At the heart of our kitchen is a passion for craftsmanship. From our fresh pasta and handcrafted pizza dough to our sauces, dressings and kitchen preparations, everything is made in-house with care, using quality ingredients and traditional techniques.
Our menu combines Irish produce with Mediterranean influences, creating dishes that are generous, fresh and full of flavour. Locally sourced meats and seafood sit alongside homemade pasta, artisan-style pizzas and vibrant vegetarian dishes, bringing together familiar Irish ingredients and the relaxed, flavour-driven spirit of Mediterranean cooking.
We believe that great food starts with great ingredients and honest preparation. Our chefs work from scratch wherever possible, allowing each dish to have its own character while keeping quality, freshness and flavour at the centre of everything we serve.
Our wine list follows the same philosophy. We work with a carefully selected group of wine suppliers who maintain close relationships with winemakers, allowing us to offer a considered collection of wines chosen with quality and character in mind.
Behind the bar, our team creates a wide selection of classic and signature cocktails, expertly mixed to complement the food and the lively atmosphere of 1900Bistro.

Dublin By Dusk
We’re delighted to be taking part in Dublin by Dusk, a new citywide initiative celebrating Dublin’s vibrant evening of culture, hospitality and neighbourhood experiences.
To mark the occasion, we’ll have a special menu from 5pm until 8pm on the last Thursday of each month.
Choose from our 2-Course or 3-Course menu and make an evening of it in the heart of the Harcourt Street district.
