Located on Harcourt Street, 1900 Bistro is a refined celebration of modern European cuisine, centred around fresh, locally sourced Irish ingredients.
Each dish is carefully crafted to combine elegant presentation with rich, balanced flavours. The menu blends traditional Irish influences with contemporary culinary techniques, creating plates that feel both comforting and sophisticated. We work with a limited number of wine suppliers who visit the winemakers to ensure that each vintage of our impressive range of wines has been carefully chosen from grape to glass.
Our extensive range of cocktails are expertly mixed by our team of mixologists.
Dublin By Dusk
We’re delighted to be taking part in Dublin by Dusk, a new citywide initiative celebrating Dublin’s vibrant evening of culture, hospitality and neighbourhood experiences.
To mark the occasion, we’ll have a special menu from 5pm until 8pm on the last Thursday of each month, beginning Wednesday 28th May.
Choose from our 2-Course or 3-Course menu and make an evening of it in the heart of the Harcourt Street district.
