1900 is an energetic restaurant located on Harcourt Street Dublin. A contemporary Irish Restaurant and Cocktail Bar Open for Dinner - WEDS/THURS/FRI/SAT offering exciting menus to cater for all tastes and occasions.

 

THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE - 40HRS / 5 DAYS 

 

Restaurant Manager Required, 1900 Restaurant 

A great opportunity is now available for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager

The successful candidate will manage and take full responsibility for the smooth running of the 1900 Restaurant operations.

Applicants should have 3 years minimum experience in a similar position – demonstrable by a proven background in running food, beverage, late bar or restaurant operations within the Dublin market.

Excellent personal presentation skills are required along with a positive 'can do' attitude.

The Position:

  • Responsible for the smooth running of the Food & Beverage operation ensuring that all brand and departmental standards are met throughout the shift
  • To ensure the highest level of customer care
  • Creating a powerful brand in restaurant and late night bar service 

Experience/Qualifications

Ability to lead and motivate the teams
 Excellent attention to detail and entrepreneurial qualities
 Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring the highest quality, standards and expectations of the customers are met on every service.
 Ability to work under pressure and to lead from the front
 Well presented, positive attitude with effective communication skills
 Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar management role essential – venue, restaurant management an essential
 • Excellent communication skills is a key requirement
 • Good time management and organisational skills
 • Ability to drive the business forward
